Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

This will depend on each seller's return policy and the type of product that is being bought. Please read the return policy that is listed on each product page.

Unfortunately, any product that is personalized, customized, made to order, that is made to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your product was damaged for any reason upon receiving your order, please notify the seller immediately to resolve the issue. If your order has not been resolved, please email us at [email protected] and we will get back to your asap.

If the customer is not happy with the order, the customer will have to go to their account and request for a return. Then once the return has been accepted by the vendor, they can reach out to the delivery partner and request for the return and will have to bear the entire cost of the return.

Yes, as a registered customer, you can conveniently track your order by accessing the 'My Account' drop-down and navigating to the 'Orders' page.
