What Is Diwerse’s Refund, Return & Exchange Policy?

What Cannot Be Returned Or Exchanged?
Unfortunately, any product that is personalized, customized, made to order, that is made to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged.
Am I Entitled For A Refund Or Exchange If My Order Was Damaged When The Item Was Delivered?
If your product was damaged for any reason upon receiving your order, please notify the seller immediately to resolve the issue. If your order has not been resolved, please email us at [email protected] and we will get back to your asap.
If A Seller Has Listed On Their Shop Page Or Product Page That They Accept Returns, Who Will Bear The Cost?
If the customer is not happy with the order, the customer will have to go to their account and request for a return. Then once the return has been accepted by the vendor, they can reach out to the delivery partner and request for the return and will have to bear the entire cost of the return.

Of course, you can. Anyone from anywhere in the world can make a purchase on Diwerse. We are very happy for you to shop with us and support our small businesses.
Can I Buy Products From More Than One Seller?
Yes, you can. You can make a purchase from more than one seller in a single payment. You will get to see the breakdown on your cart page.
