Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
  • For any reason, if you are not happy with your order or if there is an issue upon delivery, please notify us right away through our Contact Us page.
  • Each of our Sellers selling on the platform has their own shop return & exchange policy, which will depend on the item you are buying at the time of purchase. Please remember to read the product listing to understand if a return or exchange can be done before your purchase.
  • Customers can submit a request for a refund through the customer portal. A response to returns and exchange requests will be provided within 48 hours. Customers will be kept informed of the return/exchange status through regular updates via email or the online platform.
  • Any product that's made to your specific requirement or specially commissioned when you place an order (e.g., personalized, customized, or made to order) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please read each of our Sellers' Store policies listed on each product page before making a purchase.
  • Customers can initiate returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. However, this will depend on the seller's return and exchange policy listed on the product page.
  • A dedicated customer support team is available to assist customers throughout the returns and exchange process, providing timely and helpful responses to inquiries.
  • Return payments will be processed after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Customer disputes will be resolved within 7-10 business days from the date the dispute is initiated.
  • In case of a return or exchange, please don't destroy or throw away any items related to the product or its packaging, even if it's faulty, before you've spoken to the Seller and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.
Shipping Information
  • Please be aware that all orders will be delivered according to the specific timeframe indicated for each handmade item. Make sure to refer to the delivery timeframe specified for your product when making your purchase.
  • The delivery of each order placed will be handled by the vendor you bought it from. You will be notified through the platform about your order status, when it's been sent out for delivery, and when it's been delivered.
  • In the event you have provided an incorrect address for delivery, our delivery partner will take reasonable efforts to ascertain the correct address. They will deliver or attempt to deliver the shipment to the correct address subject to additional charges that may apply, which you may have to bear.
  • If there is a reason your order is delayed, you will be notified by our delivery partner.
  • If our delivery partner is unable to deliver your goods after three attempts, they will return your order to the vendor.
  • If you request our delivery partner to hand over your goods to another person or your neighbor, upon delivery, the receipt will be listed as items delivered to an alternative person and/or delivery location and will serve as proof of delivery.
